SMS TERMS & CONDITIONS

Program
Kicker's Rewards is operated by WORKS OF DIP, LLC d/b/a Kicker's Country Club. Text messages are sent only according to the separate consent choice a customer selects on the Kicker's Rewards signup form.

Separate consent choices
The signup form presents two separate, optional, unchecked SMS consent boxes. One box authorizes only non-marketing messages for digital loyalty-pass delivery and management, rewards-account updates, limited pass-installation reminders, and customer-care replies. A second box separately authorizes recurring automated promotional and marketing messages. Selecting one box does not select or grant consent to the other. You may submit the form without selecting either SMS box and still receive your digital pass through the signup experience or email. Promotional consent is not a condition of purchase.

Eligibility
You must provide a valid mobile number and be the subscriber or customary user of that number. Please notify Kicker's Country Club if the number changes.

Message frequency and charges
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Availability may vary by carrier and device.

Opt out and help
Reply STOP to cancel text messages from this sender. After opting out, you may receive one confirmation message and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again. Reply HELP for help. You may also contact Kicker's Country Club at kickersevents@gmail.com.

Privacy
We handle personal and mobile information as described in our Privacy Policy: https://www.kickersjax.com/privacy-policy. Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent records are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

Changes
We may update these terms as permitted by law. Continued participation after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective.
